I. VNCSports.com Delivery and Receipt Policy

 

VNCSports.com is committed to providing the best shipping service at competitive rates for all orders placed by our customers. We support nationwide delivery with the following specific shipping policies:

For Customers within PhnomPenh

 

  • Customers within PhnomPenh, upon purchasing goods, will have their items delivered to their doorstep by our staff or via express delivery, depending on the location and customer’s request.

  • VNCSports.com Soffers free delivery within PhnomPenh for orders totaling $100 or more.

For Customers in Other Provinces Nationwide

 

  • Customers outside of PhnomPenh will receive their goods via post/delivery service.

  • Free delivery is offered for orders totaling $120 or more.

Delivery Time

 

  • VNCSports.com will ship goods within the agreed-upon time once the customer completes all ordering procedures. Shipping time typically takes at least 1–5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays) and varies depending on the region.

  • If you choose to pay via bank transfer or credit card, the order processing time will be calculated from the moment VNCSports.com receives your completed payment.

Note: VNCSports.com reserves the right to change the delivery time without prior notice. This applies in cases affected by natural disasters or other special events.

  • Your order will be delivered a maximum of 2 times. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the company will contact you for a second attempt. If there is no response from the customer on the second attempt, the order will be canceled. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the order will no longer be valid.

  • To check the information or status of your order, please use the order number sent in your confirmation email and contact the customer service department.

  • When the goods are delivered to you, please complete the payment and sign for confirmation with the delivery staff first. After that, please inspect the product for any faults or defects. If any are found, please keep the shipping receipt for further review.

II. Payment Methods

1. COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD (Cash on Delivery) is a payment method where you pay the money directly to the shipping agent upon receiving the goods. In this case, you may incur an additional transfer fee if your order does not meet the free shipping conditions.

COD Payment Steps:

  • Step 1: Select the COD payment method when placing the order.

  • Step 2: A customer care specialist will call to confirm the order within 24 hours. The order will be processed after confirmation.

  • Step 3: After checking and confirming the order status, we will proceed to deliver the goods to you.

  • Step 4: Please receive the goods and pay the invoice amount to the delivery staff. If you are absent during delivery, you may authorize someone else to receive and pay for the order on your behalf.

2. Direct Payment

After successfully placing the order, you are welcome to visit our Showroom at the publicly available address at the bottom of the website to pay and receive the goods.

Additionally, customers can also contact us via phone to confirm bank transfer payment information for the most accurate and secure transaction.
